My First Pizza Supper
A drunk Thursday out with friends in Glasgow can lead to a lot of things. Last Thursday’s Guinness-fueled evening led me to cross another thing-I-have-to-do-in-Glasgow off of my list: Eat a Pizza Supper.
When you’re from America (especially the Midwest) you are used to the majority of your food being dunked in boiling oil. But even we wouldn’t have thought to deep fry a pizza, put it on some chips, and smother the both of them in salt & vinegar.
I’ve got to say that it was pretty amazing. As you can see below, I was pretty excited while eating it.
