Today’s photo was actually one that I took today.  This was my first attempt at dokguk (떡국).  Its a simple mixture of beef, dok (compressed rice cake), fish sauce, egg, green onions & seaweed.  I got the recipe from an awesome Korean cooking website.  Did I mention its gluten free too?  Assah!
