This is a sobering image from the Museum of Genocide Victims on Vilnius, Lithuania. The building used to be the where the Soviets housed dissidents before either executing them on the premises or shipping them to work camps in Siberia. Now it is an amazing museum where former cells tell the story of occupation, resistance and eventually, freedom.
