Cold days in Scotland always make me think of hot, sunny days in Mexico. So today’s photo is of the Latin American Tower (or Torre Latinoamericana for those of you who hablo), once the tallest building in Latin America. Now it is a landmark in the center of Mexico City and its observation deck offer fantastic view of the megalopolis that is the Mexican capital.
