Snatch

Today’s photo is from a trip to Blair Drummond Safari Park.  Our model’s name is “Snatch” and he (?) is a white tail sea eagle.  Simply a magnificent bird of prey.

Vilnius Landmarks

Vilnius, Lithuania, is has a beautiful Old Town (which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List). Here we see Cathedral Square with the ubiquitous Gediminas castle on the hill behind it. The red brick tower offers the best views of the city in addition to a great hike.

Vilnius also has an incredibly interesting/sobering Former KGB head quarters that has been turned into the Museum of Genocide Victims.

Scary face supports local brew.

I saw this window in an alley in Dublin and at first had a fright.  Then a I saw the pint and had a chuckle.  I like that is it on the second floor, so most people overlook it.

Subtle art is good.  Product placement in subtle art is funny.
