Lessons From Our First Trillion Messages with Flow

Last month I had the privilege of speaking at the EMPEX LA conference about some of the things we’ve learned at Change from pumping a ton of messages through Flow.

It was a great conference in a great venue - and when it was over, they sent me this awesome watercolor of me speaking!
